This gorgeous floral medallion pendant is made from gold-plated sterling silver and detailed with genuine emeralds in round and marquise shapes. Vine-like swirls surround the emerald stones, and an open circle shape, accented with polished silver dots and a genuine diamond accent, frames the design.
